Orders ship within 24-48 business hours from the time they are placed. After shipment, orders take approximately 2-3 days in transit time depending on your location.

We will email you tracking information when your order ships. You may log into your account at any time to check the status of your order and check tracking.

Shipping is calculated based on weight and location at checkout. We ship USPS or UPS ground, and the options will display at checkout along with the cost so you can make your selection.

We accept returns up to 7 days from the date of purchase. Unless defective, returns must be unused and in their original, unopened packages. The return of obsolete, discontinued, or modified parts will not be accepted. 

Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges including any taxes or duties associated with the return of an item. We do not refund the shipping charge to you in the event of a return, you will be refunded only the amount of the item returned less a 20% processing fee. 

Any claims for defective material, shortages, or overages must be made within 2 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
